We expect to be held accountable for our actions to our stakeholders and work to ensure that we conduct business according to ERG ethical principles.
One of our fundamental commitments is to live up to the highest standards of business integrity and professionalism. These standards are set out in the ERG Code of Conduct, and embedded into everything we do. The Code of Conduct sets out our standards and policies on key legal, moral and ethical matters, including Anti-Corruption, Human Rights, Equality, Conflicts of Interests, Confidential Information and Data Protection and is binding on the Board of Managers, ERG employees, officers and directors, and ERG’s counterparties, worldwide.
ERG has also adopted the ERG Supplier Code of Conduct, which sets out the expectations we have of our suppliers in relation to maintaining ERG ethical principles and responsible supply chains.

TransCom’s establishment can be traced back to the formation of MEK Transsystem LLP in 1991. MEK Transsytem was an international freight forwarding company, which gradually developed relations with railway stations in Kazakhstan. All efforts resulted in the company receiving its forwarder code on the Kazakh railway in 1997, which was the beginning of its work in freight transit and the administration of the export-import tariff in the territory of Kazakhstan. The company was then introduced to the CIS forwarding market. With the need to develop an operator business arose, TransCom LLP, an operator of cars with its own rolling stock, was established. In 2015, the companies merged under the single TransCom (Transport Group) brand, under which it successfully transports and dispatches the goods, repairs cars and locomotives to this day.

Who are we?
TransCom LLP holds the logistics 3PL provider status and is part of the Eurasian Resources Group (ERG). The company provides a wide range of freight forwarding services, has its own fleet of railway rolling stock and transports about 55 million tonnes of various types of cargo every year.
TransCom LLP was established in 1991 and is today the largest freight car operator in Kazakhstan. The company's fleet consists of gondola cars, pellet carriers, cement carriers, dumping cars, containers and railway platforms. Its main activity is the transportation of ERG enterprises’ goods, as well as those of other customers using its own rolling stock.
The head office of the Company is located in Almaty, in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Regional representative offices are based in Nur-Sultan, Pavlodar, Aksu, Ekibastuz, Rudnyi and Aktobe. The TransCom team is made up of professional railroad workers with many years’ worth of experience in organizing the transportation of goods by rail.
The Company uses reliable technology for managing its own car fleet, established protocols for interacting with car-repair enterprises and operational car depots of NK KTZ JSC and Russian Railways OJSC, effective dispatch control and informational services to supporting production.
TransCom LLP also includes two repair enterprises, TRANSREMVAGON LLP and BEREKE 2004 LLP.
